Terms & Conditions

Delta Sports Coaching Ltd

Booking and Payment:

All bookings must be made through our official website or authorised agents.
All payments must be made in full at the time of booking through the booking system Class 4 Kids.
Prices are subject to change; we offer an early bird rate, standard rate, and premium rate, with prices increasing as the camp date approaches to encourage early booking and facilitate accurate staff deployment.

Cancellations and Refunds:

Cancellations must be made in writing 5 days before the camp start date to receive a partial refund.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 5 days before the camp start date.
We reserve the right to cancel the camp in case of unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Medical Information and Consent:

Parents/guardians must provide detailed medical information, including allergies, dietary requirements, and any medications their child is taking.
Parents/guardians consent to emergency medical treatment if required during the camp.

Behaviour and Conduct:

Warning: The child will be spoken to by staff about their behaviour.
Time-Out: If the behaviour continues, the child will be sat out of the session for a short period.
Parent Notification: If the behaviour persists, the child will be removed from the session and parents/guardians will be called.

We are always making sure the participants of our sessions adhere to our participation rules

Always include everyone and will not isolate any member of the group
Respect all peers, adults and Delta Sports Coaching staff, regardless of age, gender, ability, race, cultural background, religious beliefs or sexual orientation/identity
Wear suitable clothing for Sports and Exercise
Be friendly and welcoming, particularly to any new students
Take care of and respect any equipment or belongings that do not belong to them
Respect the instructions and decisions of all Delta Sports Coaching staff
Not bully, make inappropriate remarks or be violent/aggressive to anyone, including over the internet or on online platforms
Not use any bad language
Not inappropriately disrupt any Delta Sports Coaching class, workshop or other offering

Liability:

The camp organisers are not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged during the camp.
Parents/guardians must ensure their child has appropriate insurance coverage for personal accident and loss of belongings.

Photography and Media:

We must have your full and explicit consent to take photography or record videography for either yourself, or for your child if they are under 18 years of age. Your consent may influence some of the activities your child is able to take part in - you can update your preference by contacting us
Parental filming/photography is permitted - only for your own child. Any material or footage taken must not include any other children. In such cases where other children are in photography or footage, this must be erased by the person responsible and especially not shared on any platform unless permitted by the child's parent/guardian(s)

Data Protection:

Personal information provided during the booking process will be used solely for camp administration and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Late Collection Fees:

Parents/guardians are expected to collect their children promptly at the end of each camp day.
A late fee of £5 per child for every 5 minutes after the first 5 minutes period will be charged for late collections.
If parents/guardians are consistently late in collecting their children, the camp reserves the right to reconsider the child's participation.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to parents/guardians in writing.
